Washing machine, dryer machine and iron

There are washing machine, dryer machine and iron in the basement. If you are staying in the apartment #3 or #4, we will explain how you can access the basement. Feel free to use them as needed.

We would kindly ask you not to wash the provided towels on your own. If you need fresh towels, please let us know and we will replace them for you.

• Washing and dryer machines should be operated only between 8:00 and 20:00 (all programs should end before 20:00 to prevent noise in the hallway)!

• All machines are shared between all the apartments, so please make sure to remove the laundry as soon as the cleaning or drying program has finished.

• Washing machine pads (which contain both detergent and softener) are available on the desk above the machine. If the box is empty, please contact us via Airbnb chat or in person. One pad should be used for a wash and thrown directly into the cleaning drum before loading the drum with laundry.

• You can borrow and take into your apartment iron and ironing board, which are located right next to the machines. Please make sure to return them both within 3 hours after taking them, as they are shared between all the apartments.

• If you encounter any issues with any of the mentioned devices please contact us via Airbnb or directly in person.

• All machines are used at your own risk. By using the machines you agree that the hosts will not be held responsible for any potential damages done by the machines.
