House Guidelines
Waste Separation: Please separate waste according to the provided guidelines.
Laundry Facilities: There are washing machine, dryer machine and iron in the basement. Feel free to use them as needed. Please follow the instructions.
Parking: Free single parking space is available for you beside the main entrance.
Lock Box: A lock box is located just outside the door. Please return the house key to the lock box upon check-out. You will recive the check-out instructions with the code a day prior your departure.
Complimentary Drinks: Enjoy some complimentary drinks from the fridge during your stay and coffee capsules by the coffee machine for your convenience.
Bike Storage: There is a garden shed for bike storage located outside. Feel free to use it for a convenient storage of your bikes. Guest part of the storage is shared between our apartments and is located on the right side of the shed. To open the shed use the small key that is provided with your apartment keys.
General House Rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- No Pets: Pets are not permitted.
- No Guests: Additional guests, that are not part of the intial reservation, have to be announced to the hosts in advance.
- Security and Safety: When you are not in the apartment, please ensure the door is locked, windows are closed, lights and all electrical appliances (TV, stove) are turned off, and the water is shut off. The owner is also not responsible for the safety of vehicles, any damage to vehicles, or items stored inside them.
- Personal Belongings: The owner is not responsible for any personal belongings, including money, jewelry, or other items left in the apartment.
- Owner Access: In urgent circumstances, the owner of the building reserves the right to enter the apartment in the guest's absence to prevent potential damage or danger.
- Consideration for Neighbors: Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors at all times.
