Check-in and check-out

Check-In​

  • Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
  • A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.
  • If in-person check-in is not possible, you will receive instructions to access the apartment via the key in the lockbox.
  • Please note that the city tax is not included in the price:
    • 3.13€ per night for adults
    • 1.56€ per night for children (ages 7-18).
    • 0.00€ per child below age of 7
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Check-Out​

  • Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
  • Before leaving, please place the key in the lockbox in front of the door. A message with the lockbox code will be sent to you a day before your departure.

Extension of the stay​

In case you would like to extend your stay, contact us in person (if possible) at least 24 hours before end of your stay, to discuss the possibilities.
